Creative human looking for shared accommodation

I'm looking for a double room in Brighty
Open to all central locations though my preference is central , Kemptown or Hove.

If you have a nice super clean and warm double, or a spacious bright studio, then please get in touch. My budget is around 950 inc bills. I’m only looking to share with one other person.

I'm an Irish musician in my 30's, a professional singer, guitarist and work as dog walker and sitter.

I'm looking for a housemate with a similar relaxed mindset, who likes a chat but respects boundaries and space and ideally doesn't mind some singing while I'm practicing at home, within reasonable hours of course. :)

I tend to have my home space as a peaceful haven, to relax and recharge so I wouldn't be looking to live with party people or people who entertain in the house a lot. I don't drink alcohol!

Bit about me: I compose music and am quite dedicated to the process. I'm a singer playing in projects. I'm also very tidy and lead a healthy lifestyle, really interested in yoga/ swimming/ reading/ jogging am an active person, often out and about with friends and going to gigs etc.

I love animals, and looking for pet friendly accommodation .I'd be more than happy to live with yours as long as they are friendly with other dogs !Happy to help out occasionally. :)
