Professional seeking friendly Belfast house share

Hi, I’m John, a 34-year-old professional currently working as a Release Coordinator for a software company in Belfast. I’m looking to move from Ballymena into Belfast from late September.

I work on a hybrid basis, mainly from our city-centre office, and I’m looking for a furnished double room or a buddy-up with other working professionals. My ideal home would be friendly and sociable without being a permanent party house—somewhere we can have a chat or occasionally do something together while also respecting one another’s space.

I’m clean, considerate and reliable with rent. Outside work, I’m usually at the gym, walking, following football, meeting friends or working on personal technology projects. I’m a non-smoker and have no pets.

I’m particularly interested in Central Belfast or Lisburn road area with a reasonable journey to the city centre. Parking or practical nearby on-street parking would be helpful as I have a car.
