Late September - Mental Health professional
I would prefer a housemate(s) who do(es) not smoke and has some appreciation for suitable noise and cleanliness.
I like to be sociable but am also very respectful of privacy and a need for down time. I’ll be 3 days a week commuting to the Yarm area, and 2 days at Northumbria Uni/WFH for training. I enjoy reading, yoga, the gym and heading to the beach.
Happy to live with either male or female (singular occupants/couples/otherwise).
Ideally with no pets, but happy to consider for the right location/housemates (slight allergies).
Will only be able to rent from late September, ideally for 3 months to begin with whilst working out the ease of my commute.
