🏠 Professional Female - Home or Flatshare

I am a clean, easygoing woman in my mid 40s who is sociable, polite and friendly. My interests include reading, walking, geopolitics, travelling and staying active through sport and fitness, mainly running. I work full time and have a flexible hybrid schedule, generally spending two or three days in the office and working from home the rest of the week. This isn’t fixed and can vary depending on my workload. I am an early riser, usually up by 5am or 6am.

What I Am Looking For:

I am seeking a clean, uncluttered and furnished space where I can comfortably fit my belongings and myself. I prefer a living environment that isn’t overcrowded, with access to communal areas without feeling uncomfortable, and is free of clutter, noise, stress, pets and smoke. I am not looking to live in a party house and would prefer not to share a bathroom. I am only interested in accommodation for the full week, Monday to Sunday. Security is also a priority for me, as I value a peaceful and secure living space. Given my busy schedule, having some downtime is essential so I can recharge. I would love to share with someone who is equally sociable, active and mostly living alone. I am always on the hunt for a running companion too.
