I'm a 35 year old male. I have a small business and rental income, and I'm also a mature student at kcl studying physiotherapy.
I am a non-drinker/drug-taker, vegetarian, interested in health and fitness (running, yoga, cycling, weight training).
I'm very tidy, (a follower and instigator of cleaning rotas) and have my own place in Birmingham that I'll be letting out. I've had two lodgers for the last year, and we've all kept the common areas super tidy, so I won't be producing a lot of mess (pictures attached, or soon to be)!
I have a (very) small business, will have a little rental income and, as I'm taking a healthcare course, my grant situation is quite good, so affordability will not be a problem.
