Clean, quiet, downstairs

I'm looking for a quiet, downstairs (can be upstairs) place to live, I prefer my own privacy. I read a lot and keep myself to myself but like a chat now and then. I work with special needs children and mainstream students all day long therefore after the buzzing of school environment I like quiet. I presently live in Brockenhurst but when I moved in, I was unaware that a new house was planned to be built in the back of the house. I am craving quiet outdoor garden time.
I am very clean and tidy and hardly ever use the kitchen. I would like to stay around Brockenhurst area, Cadnam area. Some days I work very long hours but other time I am back after lunch and do my paperwork. I would like to focus on myself really without worrying about what other people around me might think or misinterpret. During school holidays I ofter away birdwatching.
