Professional looking to share with 1 or 2 others

Hiya - I'll give a few main points about me here, but just drop me a message if you would like any more details:

- I currently live in Brislington, Bristol.
- My current landlord is hiking up the rent in January so I am looking for a new place before then.
- I am a naturally clean and tidy person (I can provide references lol).
- I have lived in several house shares over the years, so I consider myself well trained.
- These days I prefer to live with just 1 or 2 housemates.
- I am happy to live with pets.
- I will respect whatever level of socialisation you feel comfortable with.
- It is nice to be able to at least have a chat sometimes with whoever I am living with and to get to know each other a bit.
- I am a hybrid worker and go into the office at least 2 days every week (I am happy to fit my office days around my housemates schedule where I can).
- I don't have a car.
- I am mainly veggie at home, and I have coeliac disease (i. e. allergic to gluten) so I come with my own pots and pans etc.
- I am looking for somewhere at least partly unfurnished as I have some furniture which I would like to keep, including a bed, a desk and a TV.
- I am gay, but also constantly single so you don't have to worry about me bringing people round to stay over!
- Ideally I am looking for a nice warm room and definitely no mice (I am scared!).
