Looking for large double room in house/flatshare

Hi, I'm 45 year old freelance visual creative with a side gig as handyman and I'm looking for an (preferrably) unfurnished double bedroom, large enough to fit a medium sized desk. I'm looking to move towards the end of July 2026/beginning of August.

I'm also open to find a small double room, if furnished, as I would consider putting some belongings into storage, but have to consider the overlall budget for this. So for a small double my budget would be around £600.

I am quiet and considerate and spend most of the time working, either from home on the computer or out of the house. I'm currently pivoting career and spend time in training for which I require fast fibre internet. I have multiple sources of income and can provide a guarantor if needed.

I enjoy running, photography, art/design/science exhibitions, reading and listening podcasts about current affairs, science and finance, visiting academic talks and DIY.

I'm looking to share with one or two other people, which can be a live in landlord, females preferred but not a must. I'm also open to buddy ups in shares of up to 3 people.
Access to a garden, would be fantastic. I'm vegetarian, so someone likeminded would be ideal but not a must. I spend the weekends usually with my partner relaxing, if at home, or going out and we alternate visiting each other. I'm happy to work around other people's schedules in the use of shared areas.

I'm tidy, reliable and respectful of others and the space I live in.

My priorities are:
- Within 5 - 10min walk of a tube or train station
- Fast fibre internet
- Sharing with 1 or 2 others (a bit flexible on that)
- Access to a garden (preferably)
- Somewhere in zone 1 - 3 (considering also zone 4) (preferred areas listed in the ad)
- Fairly peaceful environment
