Creative Looking to Share 2/3-Bed in East/North 🌱

Hi! I’m Sam, 29, and I’m looking to share a cosy 2-bed (or 3 max) in East London (ideally Walthamstow, Hackney or somewhere along the north end of the Victoria Line). I'm ready to move now, but I can wait a little longer for the right person and place.

I work in book publishing in Pimlico and usually WFH on Thursdays and Fridays. I read and game a lot, and am generally pretty nerdy. I’m into fantasy, alt/metal music, wellness and self-development, and you'll usually find me learning something new just for the fun of it. I'm a bit more of a homebody than a party girl, but I still enjoy a good pub trip and exploring London.

I'm looking for a home that feels calm, comfortable and easy to recharge in. I'm open-minded, considerate, clean-as-I-go, and easy to live with (if I do say so myself!). I'd love to live with someone I genuinely get on with and can comfortably share a home with, while still having the space to live our own lives and do our own thing.

Budget-wise, I'm ideally looking at around £900-£1,100 pcm including bills.

I'm open to buddy-ups and existing 2-3 bed flatshares.
