Couple looking for room to rent upto 6 months

Couple looking for a relatively short term room to rent to move to the area for new jobs while we sell our previous house and buy a new one (will still be paying home mortgage so preferably on the cheaper side).

We will need somewhere to park two cars, so ability to get a permit for street parking is fine.

As for about us, we like going on walks, swimming, paddle boarding, board games, film nights. I am unfortunately gluten free, so I will have my own pots and pans for kitchen, but also love going out and finding goodies.

Have lodged and done house shares previously, so know when to respect your space, or can also be a buddy and join activities or chill nights in.
