Easy going guy, working in 3D Animation / games

Hey there!
My name is Chris, I'm looking to move to a more affordable place than where I currently am. I am ideally, looking for a nice clean place, lovely company, who are also clean or indeed a place all to myself.

I am clean, tidy and easy going.

I like going out or chilling out, movies, games, films, festivals, music. Fitness.

I like to DJ and have a set of Decks, I am respectful with sound, if this is ok with you? I do the odd livestream, but thats it. (ie I dont play late and stop loud sounds early on) I dont do it often either.
