Young Professional Seeking Quiet Base

Hello,

I have recently sold my property and am continuing to work in Newport. I am staying with family in Bristol but would prefer to live somewhere closer to work.

What am I looking for in a property [in priority order]?

- Quiet
- Somewhere I can feel relaxed
- Quiet :)
- Somewhere close to my work in the South West Newport

I enjoy spending my days off or evenings:

- Reading
- Cooking [I can bake bread and do so weekly]
- Board gaming [I can do this outside the house, doing it in the house is not essential]

I am an early to bed, early to rise kind of guy. Hence why I appreciate peace, calm and quiet.

Given the unpredictability of house shares, I would strongly prefer a live-in landlord. I have formed good relationships with live in landlords in the past.

Please advise whether you would consider me as a tenant given my situation.

Around ?500 bills included

Due to recently selling my property, I cannot commit to long leases as I am unsure whether to stay in South Wales or seek a move within my area of work to somewhere else in the country. This moment in time, is a time of transition for me.
