Female seeks house share / 1 bed apartment

Im looking for a double / single room in a house share or self contained apartment. I am open to a buddy up.

I am interested in living with a person/people who are open minded, who share similar interests to me.

Id be more comfortable sharing with a female but I’m open to options.

I have lots of different interests/hobbies, I do need sometime alone, but also open to a bit of socialising.
