Looking for double room ideally in SE15, more specifically, between Peckham Rye and Nunhead area.

A bit about myself :
My name is Lukas, I’m 33 and I work for a prop making company based in South Bermondsey. We predominantly produce work for theatre and events.
Outside of work I enjoy going to exhibitions and discovering London’s latest offerings in terms of food, music and culture in general.
In my spare time I also like to work on personal projects such as furniture and woodworking. I’m also quite active and frequently go to the gym and engage in sports.
Within the home I’d describe myself as a friendly and tidy person. Whilst I enjoy conversations and gatherings, I can also respect people’s individual need for space within a flat or house share. I always clean up after myself and make a conscious effort to keep communal spaces orderly.
As I’ve got a practical skillset I’m also very handy around the home and happy to help out with any DIY projects required.
