Looking for a room long or short term

Hey everyone,

I’ll be sadly moving out from my current flat late April, so looking for a place to stay hopefully by month-end. Ideally long term, but I'm also open to something more temporary while I find longer term accommodation. Early thirties non-smoker male professional working full time here in town. Sociable but equally enjoy peace and quiet time, fairly independent, and responsible with the living space. I’ve been flat sharing for some time now, almost four years this last one, so well trained. Super flexible on move-in dates, anytime April-mid May would work. References and checks all available If needed.
