Double room with en-suite required

I am a Model / Artist / International Think Tank Conductor / Philanthropist / Socialite/Journalist/Company director for family property firm.

I am looking to rent a spacious double/king size room with an ensuite, flat share or house share - I don’t mind, or even a studio apartment, storage space out of the room for items like a large suitcase would be necessary, also ironing board and drying rack (if there is no tumble dryer). I prefer modern renovated accomodation, bright (not a basement), with white walls. Black out blinds/curtains are a must but I’m happy to buy to replace them myself. Needless to say, I would need it to be clean and well maintained/maintainable, including the exterior :)

I would like to be renting long term, I find moving very stressful ! Please contact me so we can exchange details and figure out whether we would be suitable housemates as nobody wants to be stuck in a long contract unhappy !

I would prefer to move in my own furniture depending on what’s already there and a detachable shower head is important to me.

Location : Central West/North

- Marylebone
- Westminster
- Kensington and Chelsea borough
- Furthest north I would go is St Johnswood
- Furthest west would be Earl’s Court
- Within walking distance of the tube station
- Preferably with greenery nearby

I would like to be close to the tube station, preferably with a direct line to Kings X.

My budget :

£1,780 pcm

I am an immaculately clean individual, I have had both of my Covid Vaccines,

I am very sociable, but also like to spend time alone without anybody’s feelings being hurt,

I have a projector I am happy to put in the communal area, with top quality speakers, I am also happy to share my microwave, George Forman grill etc.. I am happy to help furnish communal areas too :)

I would prefer to share with females, however I’m indifferent as long as we are all respectful, clean and tidy,

I can speak several languages and I am not adverse to any pets in the property, well, cats are fine, dogs can be tricky !

I would prefer a room with a balcony/garden or a property which has one as my best friend smokes (but I don’t like the smell inside my room) - but this is not a must, they can always go outside..

I am very discreet and helpful so I would hope to receive similar attitudes ! I am straight but very open minded, LGBQT and 420 friendly - I don’t judge !!
