Hi, my name is Chandrabhan, a working professional in the semiconductor and electronics field. I’m relocating from Edinburgh to the Newton Aycliffe / Durham area for work and am looking for comfortable, clean accommodation.

Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room in Newton Aycliffe, Shildon, Bishop Auckland, Sedgefield, Durham or a nearby area.

I’m a mature, quiet, clean and respectful professional. I’m a non-smoker, will be working full-time, and will look after the property well. I can provide proof of employment and references if required.

I’m currently based in Edinburgh but am relocating shortly. I can arrange a video viewing initially and will be in the area for in-person viewings on 17 August.
