I am looking for a 1-bedroom flat in Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, Rhondda Cynon Taff, or Cardiff. I am a quiet, responsible tenant, a non-smoker, and have no pets.

Maximum per month, circa £600, though this will depend on Local housing allowance rates. So there is some flexibility.
