Unlike most of the people I've lived with over the last decade I'm actually house trained. Living in a clean, peaceful environment with friendly like-minded people is the goal. If that resonates with you I might be a good fit!

I’m a freelance video camera operator so my work is always out of the house. The days and hours I work vary but almost always fall in the normal working week. I’m a socialable person but don’t maintain a busy social life, I’m more on the introverted side and like to spend my time at home relaxing or working on personal projects. I enjoy getting out in nature, especially if the weather is nice.

Here's specifically what I'm looking for
-Ensuite (I can never go back now lol)
-Maximum 3 people including myself
-Preferably women - men are much more likely to be difficult to live with, in my experience anyway.
-New build flat/house (or otherwise good sound insulation, I wanna sleep well!)
-No shared wall, or at least not a paper thin one… this is my main reason for wanting to move from my current place. I mean ideally it would be nice to have rooms on opposite sides of the flat for maximum privacy.
-I don’t really want to be a lodger in someone else’s flat because the power dynamic can be a bit weird, this sort of depends on the situation though.
-I work mostly in central, south east and east but am quite flexible with location as long as my commute isn’t too long to those places.

This all might sound rather specific at this point but that’s because I’m not in a rush to move out of my current place. It ticks a lot of boxes already but I could do with a change of scenery and people.
