I'm a professional, 41 year old male seeking a double room (preferably with an ensuite) in a shared house or flat in Chelmsford. Ideally I would like to share with one or two other like-minded people. I'm also open to the idea of flat-hunting with someone. I'm neat and tidy, respectful, friendly and considerate and would like my house mates to be the same. I have an active lifestyle with swimming, cycling and running, so I would require a storage area for my bike. I'm a non smoker and I own a car so parking would be necessary. Looking to move by the end of June.
