I'm currently receiving Housing Benefits and Universal Credit while living in sheltered/supported accom. I've lived in women's refuges and SAs, and AM ON THE HOUSING REGISTER. phew (Birmingham)... But I've been living in SAs since summer last year, and am desperately needing a fresh start.
I BELIEVE I CAN RECEIVE THE RENT ELEMENT THROUGH MY UNIVERSAL CREDIT ACCOUNT, WITH A PROVISIONAL TENANCY (I supported myself during Covid, paying my own rent! uploaded provisional tenancies to UC and got a bit of the rent element)
