Seeking my own Flat, Studio or Ensuite room

I'm currently receiving Housing Benefits and Universal Credit while living in sheltered/supported accom. I've lived in women's REFUGES, and AM ON THE HOUSING REGISTER. phew (Birmingham)

But, I'm 34 in March, and thus need a fresh start. My own place. Also, I NEED to get out of sheltered/supported accom

Please note I DO NOT have savings nor a big deposit. I am on HB, granted the higher tier rate (due to experienc/refuges). I would also potentially need moving.... one car load (my possessions fit into only one car)

A contract would need to involve trust, be a process- like being offered a tenancy and applying for HB. PLEASE RE-READ THIS. I would need to be offered a provisional tenancy to be able to move, as I will need to apply for Housing Benefits
