Female looking for a room or to buddy up

Hi,

I'm a quiet, considerate, non-smoking, non-drinking female looking to buddy up with quiet, considerate people for a house/flatshare.

I'm looking for a TV-free dwelling conducive to quiet study and focused work. I am sociable and friendly but generally keep to myself as I have a great deal of work to focus on.

I work remotely and am currently working on publishing a number of titles.

If you're a landlord/lady, I would also be happy to help with gardening or cleaning in exchange for reduced rent, as I am also a qualified gardener.
