Seeking clean, spacious & friendly place :)

Hello, I'm Tilly!

I’m looking in the Warminster area for a comfortable, well located place, with plenty of natural daylight, access to garden and clean, modern cooking facilities. My preference would be ensuite with a bath. Or to buddy up with one or two other hygienic people only please :)

I’m looking to rent on a short term basis, one to three months initially while I find my “happy place.”

Re facilities: would appreciate the use of a clean and well equipped kitchen, with adequate surface, cupboard & fridge space for my food and supplements, quality kitchen utensils, un-scratched pots and pans etc, as I'm experimenting more with the nutrition side of things. 🫕🍜🥗

I have a fairly severe mould allergy so it would be important to know if there has been any incidence of mould in the property and/ or water leaks, whether or not any mould has been found… As it tends to lurk in hidden places, back of cupboards etc even behind paintwork and plasterboard or around window frames in kitchens and bathrooms… ventilation in the home is really important for everyone ofc but for me it’s essential! :)

As a result of previous long term mould exposure, I also have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome which basically multiple allergies : I don’t react to everything but scented household cleaning products, deodorising sprays, air “fresheners” etc can be a problem so I would need you to be open to discuss any products you would be wanting to use in shared spaces. I am also slightly allergic to cats although I love animals, but dogs seem to be ok :)

I have an electric car so ideally parking and somewhere I could charge it safely (standard 3 point plug socket) would be best but it’s not a deal breaker if there are fast charge points nearby.

I will be attending MS Centre in Warminster 2/3 times + per week so I have chosen my preferred locations carefully: please don’t contact me if you are over 25 mins drive away, thanks :)
