I live in St Albans but need a room close by and ensuite and safe to stay on occasion ( will explain why later) Please contact me so I can come and see your room. I'm not certain if I am permitted to send my phone number but if you email me, I can email you my number or perhaps you can send me yours?
Many thanks,
Ann
