Professional Looking for a Friendly Home

Hi there,

I'm Ovi, 42, and I'll be moving to Manchester to start a new role as a Data Analyst with a bank. I'm looking for a comfortable, friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I'll be working a hybrid schedule, with around three days a week from home, so I'm looking for a place where everyone is respectful of each other's space and where it's easy to get along.

I'm tidy, considerate, and always pull my own weight around the house. I like keeping busy outside work, whether that's swimming, cycling, nature walks, exploring the city, or heading off on the occasional city break.

For me, the atmosphere in a flat matters just as much as the room itself. I'm happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or dinner now and then, but I also appreciate that everyone needs their own time and space. Mutual respect and a relaxed, comfortable home are what I'm looking for.

I don't have any pets—just a few houseplants—but I'm very happy living with animals. I regularly cat-sit for friends and love having cats around.
