Looking for a Large Room in a Flat to Call Home

Hi!

I'm a 31-year-old sound engineer, been in the UK since 2014 and in London for eight of those years — so pretty well house-trained at this point. I'm originally from Colombia but nationally Spanish/Argentinian. Fully settled status and all that jazz.

Looking for a large room (15sqm+, hopefully) in a house share, ideally with just one or two others. I've been based in the Hackney/Dalston/Newington Green area for over six years now and I'm pretty set on staying local.

I'm clean, tidy, and big on respecting people's space and privacy — I'd hope for the same in return. That said, I'm not a hermit: always up for a drink, a film, dinner, a good chat, whatever. I work five days a week at a music studio so I'm out of the house most of the day, but when I'm around I'm genuinely good company, promise.

Budget has a little wiggle room, though cheaper is always better — you know how it is. Happy to answer any questions, just drop me a message!
