Looking for a homely+fun flat

Hello!

My name is Mairéad and I'm moving to Edinburgh around October.

I am hoping to find a nice homely place that's more than just a spare room, where the flatmates are up for pints/activities/sharing meals the odd time.

As a flatmate, I'm clean, reliable, and communicative. It's important to me to live with people who generally value a nice vibe in the flat. I think if you just get on as mates/can communicate easily, most things aren't really a big deal.

In my current flat, I like to occasionally have friends to stay (always with loads of notice and for no more than a weekend), or have my friends round for dinner, so flatmates who would be happy to join with that would be lovely.

I might be bringing an electric piano about the size of a large desk (which I only play at very low volume) and will be bringing my bike so if there is space for ideally both of those that would be great! But i reckon i can easily find somewhere for the piano to stay for a bit if there isn't.

I work as an energy policy advisor and would potentially be wfh one to two days a week when I first move, so it'd be nice to find somewhere where wfh is okay. But I don't love WFH so I'm planning to find a co-working space/work from a library - so not the end of the world either way.

(I should say I would technically be moving in properly in November but I can start paying rent from before that+ideally want to have somewhere sorted early bc I'll be away a good bit during October).
