A light good sized double room required

I am Marketing Executive looking for a clean , comfortable space ( double room or set of rooms) with a relaxed like minded person ( persons). Ideally no more than 3 people in a house. I am tidy , considerate and have plenty of outside interests, Pets are fine ( a bonus even! ) , I don t smoke, would like WIFI to be included in the deal. My preferred area is lower Parkstone , Ashley X , Penn Hill , Lilliput but will consider most zones , within cycling distance of central Bournemouth where I work .
