What: Double bedroom with ensuite, or whole flat
Where: Glasgow southside or westside
When: 20th June, but could move slightly earlier in June
Why: Work no longer requires me to be in commuting distance of London office and cities further north are cheaper.
Requirements: Sharing with a maximum of 2 other people, or property to myself. The property MUST have at least double glazing, central heating, high speed internet, separate living room (if a flatshare), space for a 1.5m wide desk and office chair, have a full-size fridge/freezer/mod cons, be fully furnished and modern throughout the interior.
Restrictions: No cats (I'm allergic), no couples & no ground floor flats
Budget: Up to £1,200pcm

I am a Scottish 39year-old single male website designer, have a keen interest in health & fitness and am looking for a house/flatshare with like-minded professionals, or a flat to myself. I've travelled quite a bit and previously lived abroad, learned Mandarin Chinese and French (but am now super rusty, ha) and am seeking a comfortable home to share with social and respectful flatmates, or a place to myself.
