I’m 35, Student. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable room to rent on a Monday–Friday basis.
I routinely travel back home at weekends for work. I’m a non-smoker, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’ll have a car with me, so parking (on-site or nearby) will be advantageous.
