⚫Seeking -
My own sole tenancy in a very quiet, bright and well maintained 1 or 2 bed property. Furnished or unfurnished are both considered.

⚫Property Locations -
Must be a very quiet property in an area with quiet neighbours. A house, bungalow, decent flats or private door annexes are all very welcome.

(I am not limited to the areas listed here in my advert, and willing to consider looking in other areas. Please contact me if you might have a nice property and be able to help).

⚫References -
Landlord and employment references are on file and copies are available for you to read. Please let me know and I will provide them.

⚫Deposit & Rent -
Deposit can be paid either up front or at point of move alongside the first month's advance rent when signing tenancy. Bank statements are also available should they be needed to prove income.
