Looking for a place to call home...

I recently moved back to London from South Africa to join a Professional Services firm having been offered a great opportunity that will have me staying back here for at least till the end of 2025.

I'm friendly and tidy and prefer coming home/relaxing after a long day at work ( it's a busy day) I'm rather past the party stage although will join my colleagues/friends for a drink occasionally after work.

It would be ideal if I could have the option to work from home two to three times a week (and will do this out of the way to cause minimal disruption!)

Really just looking to find a peaceful, tidy and clean friendly relaxed place to call home.

An en-suite is a plus and I'd love to live with one person (max 2) rather than a house share with several people.

I'm mature enough to understand boundaries and space and respect that it's your home and I'll adapt to your style.

Saying that, I do enjoy sharing a glass or two of wine in the evening, binge watching rubbish tv and having a chat - I am, after all, hilarious with a great sense of humour and love to laugh at myself.

Smoking and mess/clutter and cold houses with not enough heating make me really uncomfortable personally so I’d want to avoid living with anyone who enjoys that.

My moving timeline is July with a little flex but I’d love to have something locked in as soon as possible!
