Looking to buddy up or move into existing flat

I’m looking to move and hoping to find a flatmate to move with as opposed to joining an existing place… but open to either.

Ideally would like to be in Highbury & Islington or Finsbury Park.

I’m 39 but very young for my age! I’m a makeup artist so freelance, out quite a bit but I like time at home too both with a flatmate and on my own. Would love to be friends as well as flatmates.

I’m very into film and music, would love to live with another creative, love a good pub session, live music, cinema trip, gym session etc. Am very clean and appreciate a respectful but relaxed environment.
