I am looking for double room in share.

I am looking for double room with some space to study in as well as sleep ,in a share or as lodger( subject to mutual understanding ).North London -ish or possibly towards central /SW ish London. From experience, I should up-front that I'm looking for sharers /co-residents who can *clean up after themselves* promptly (like me) and contribute to keeping home fairly clean and tidy, including shared spaces. That way we can relax and cook etc without stress. I work fully and study part time so *party households would not suit* (I am pretty quiet) either of us.
*A non smoking(inside) house please.*
An awareness of standard home security essential , e. g. closing windows and doors when no one home( yes some folk think thieves avoid homes where “ we’ve never had a problem “ ). Budget is slightly negotiable depending on situation.
