Professional (36) seeking en-suite or flatshare

Hi! Thanks for looking at my profile :)

I’m Zizi, a 36-year-old Dutch-Cape Verdean. I’m queer and happy to live with anyone who’s respectful and welcoming. I’ve lived in the UK for 11 years and work full-time as a Youth Manager in the charity sector.

I’m moving out of my flat because my landlord is selling it. I’ve lived there for 7 years. I’m a reliable, long-term tenant and I’m looking for a home where I can settle for a while. I am looking for a place preferably in South East but open to other areas, depending on transport connections

I’m active and sporty, and I keep myself busy, so I’m out a fair bit. At home I’m tidy, friendly and easy to live with. I like a relaxed, respectful household where people look out for each other, whether that means a chat in the kitchen or having their own space.

What I’m looking for:

A double room, ideally en-suite, but I’m open to a flat share
A budget up to £1100 a month, including all bills

I’m happy to provide references (including from my current landlord) and proof of employment, and I’m available for a viewing or video call.

If you have any questions, please get in touch. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Zizi
