Room wanted in South East London from May

I am a 35 year-old female seeking a room in a house in South East London. Ideally Lee/Eltham/Hither green/Blackheath or Forest Hill/Crystal palace areas as I've lived here before and like the areas but open to quiet, green areas with links to Denmark Hill (where I work).

I'm work in the NHS (from home and office) and looking for a calm peaceful and friendly space to call home from May for 6 months or a year if it's a good fit.

I am clean and tidy. I am friendly and sociable but also like my own space. I am looking for a home with equally shared living spaces, not just a room to hide in!

I would prefer to share with just one or two other female like-minded non-smokers who I could get along with and also want a clean, tidy, welcoming and peaceful home.
