Accommodation for myself

Hello there,
I'm currently looking to relocate to an english seaside location, preferably skegness, wanting a fresh start near the coast.
I am looking for somewhere without a sky high deposit due to relocation costs, bills preferably included and somewhere that is furnished/part furnished with en suite facilities.
I do have a car so would need parking.
I will be finding employment once accommodation is secured.
I do vape but that is something I would do outside.
I want somewhere that allows visitors, predominantly my parents, brother and niece when they come to visit, obviously they would stay elsewhere but they will want to see where I'm living.
