I am a clean, quiet and respectful male professional working full-time in Leeds, looking for a furnished room in LS2 or within easy walking distance.

My budget is around £110 per week, ideally including bills. I can commit to staying for at least six months and would prefer to continue on a rolling monthly basis afterward.
