Looking for queer flatmates to buddy up in SE5

Hi I'm James, I run a cafe in Camberwell and looking to find (ideally queer) flatmates to buddy up with or that have a room going in the Camberwell/surrounding area.

I do need to move with a fair amount of furniture including a piano (just an upright) and also my elderly cat. It would be great if a prospective flatmate likes animals!

Other than that I'm very easy going, my presence comes with free (excellent) coffee, occasional free drinks at the pub across the road from my cafe, and my excellent cooking skills.

Happy to move into a fairly quiet or lively household as long as the vibes are good!
