Professional flatmate wanted

Flatmate wasted for a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Southampton city centre.

I am looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate will be moving out in October. I am a professional within the civil service normally work weekdays so I am out of the flat most of the day. I do have a large dog (Malinois) who is very friendly. The ideal flatmate must love animals and everything that comes with them.

I do love exercising, walking, reading. I enjoy going to the cinema, going out for food/ coffee, visiting new places and socialising with friends. I am a calm person, I do not drink, smoke or do drugs, partying etc. I am a tidy person and respectful of others. The ideal flatmate must have a similar lifestyle, is clean, quiet and respectful.

The pictures attached show the room and bathroom that will potentially be yours. The living room and balcony will be shared with me and my dog 🐕. There is parking but there is a monthly fee for it. The flat comes fully furnished.
There is free gym and common areas with TV, free coffee and dedicated space ideal for people working from home. There is a private kitchen that can be booked for free by the residents if they want to bring friends over. There is also a roof terrace for all residents.

The rent is 870£ per person bills are excluded. Room available from October.
