Perfect flatmate seeks same!

I’m Jonathan, a professional working in digital media, moving to the North East in August/September for a new role as a Marketing Director at an e-commerce agency based near Cobalt Business Park.

I’m originally from Sunderland, so this move is a bit of a homecoming for me. At the moment, I’m based in Edinburgh and plan to keep my flat there for the next 6–12 months, so most weekends I’ll be back in Edinburgh, usually returning Sunday or Monday night.

I’m clean, quiet, and financially secure. I don’t smoke and would prefer to live with non-smokers. I don’t have any pets. While I’m not looking for a 24-hour party household, I’d enjoy living with friendly people who are easy to get along with.

Outside of work, I’m into photography and looking forward to capturing life in Newcastle.
