After a place in Zone 1 to 3 with great housemates

A bit about me: I'm 36. Friendly and calm, tidy and clean, single and straight. I've always been an early bird. I value peace and my own space, but I'm very keen to get on well with anyone I live with! I'm looking for a room in a place with flatmates who are warm, upbeat, reliable, clean, and respectful.

I've been doing the digital nomad thing for the last 2 years and have spent most of that time in SE Asia, East Asia, and Latin America. I of course love exploring new places and cultures (who doesn't?). I love hiking, and scuba diving is my favourite thing in the world, so most of my travel is based around that. I spend most of my free time in London doing a few things: seeing friends and family, training, touring London's best coffee shops (I'm a card-carrying coffee nerd and work from coffee shops now and then too), dating, etc.

I'm self employed and all my work is about helping people get healthier through lifestyle. I do a few things: work with a data science business in Florida, host a podcast for a London-based blood testing company (Thriva), work with a psychiatry clinic on Harley St, have a couple of other minor roles, and I'm about to start working with a startup using brain stimulation to help people improve their mental health and skills in everything from sport to playing musical instruments. I often work from home, but when I start working with this startup in the next week or two I'll be working from an office in central London several days a week (and I might well be full time with them in a month or two).

I'm mostly looking at places in most parts of London, provided I like the flat / house and tenants, the local transport is good, and the area is relatively safe. Also open to buddy ups.
