Professional seeks a single or double room

I am a working professional, aged 32, looking for a single or double room and available to move soon with flexibility.

My maximum budget is **up to £1,000 per month, preferably with bills included**, which is the absolute upper limit. I commute to King's College Hospital.

Ideally, I am looking for a place with **low or no deposit**. Preferably ensuite but flexible.

I can also provide a **reference from my previous landlady** as proof of being a reliable and respectful tenant. I previously lived in a self-contained room within a family home where my landlady and her 2 young daughters lived.
