Room wanted in Edinburgh

Hi, my name is Mitko, short for Dimitar. I am looking for a room in the East/South of Edinburgh or very near Edinburgh. I have a car and having some form of parking nearby is important. It would also be great if there was somewhere where I could store my bicycle, but not essential.

I love hiking, meditation, running, bouldering, yoga, reading, board games, talking for way too long, cooking, and I've recently gotten into dancing and a bit of singing/guitar. I generally tend to be quiet, but love to chat or to have fun from time to time. I don't smoke, drink, or eat meat, I'm mostly vegan, but happy to live with people who eat meat.
I have a degree in Psychology and am currently doing a part time counselling course on Tuesday evenings. I work as a manager for a care company for people with learning disabilities and work from an office in Musselburgh half the time and half the time from home. I also occasionally work as a carer in an elderly care home.
I like to keep tidy and clean, though I appreciate life gets on top of even the tidiest of us sometimes. I enjoy occasionally(not very often) having a friend or two over for dinner.
I am happy to live with someone who keeps reasonably tidy, have a chat every now and then, maybe share a meal once in a while or do some activities that we're both interested in. I don't want to live in a home that is being smoked in. Communication is very important to me - if something's bothering you or not working, I am very happy to discuss things.
