Hi, I'm looking for a room in a detached property. I've shared before plus lived alone so done a bit of everything. I have 2 jobs - 1 online involving content creation(I record Commentaries) and a second job working nights(Sat/Mon/Tue) so "Actual" personal space is critical.
I always pay bills on time plus very respectful of someone's space but not one for needless drama or distractions - I prefer my own company.
My preference would be an Annex property type first and second sharing with 1 other (right personality type) max.
