Double room required

Hi, my name is Gavin - a 35 year old male living in Reading looking to move back to London following a period spent with family and commuting to London Bridge.

I work in sales for a software testing technology and am in the office 5x a week.

I will admit I don’t enjoy writing this part and would like to think there’s more to me but: I am into football, art, fashion, the gym and of course the pub. I'm laid back and very clean and respectful and am happy to have virtual chats and / or physical viewings to get to know housemates.

I would prefer to be near public transport (no further than 15 minute walk from train station). I can be flexible with my budget but will be aiming for £1,000 - £1,300 all in.

I am moving through choice, so can be flexible around the dates of my tenancy but ideally would like something by November 1st.
