Share Accommodation for a Professional Wanted

I am helpful and am looking for a good accommodation to share with a female, good furnished en suite, lounge, study room, big garden in a large clean house / flat, friendly landlady I am single professional and helpful. I want to share house / flat with live in landlady living single , I am a tidy person, like keeping fit, walking, jogging and like socialising and good food.

Accommodation must be good.

I love my business and work pretty hard, but when I am not working I like to chill out with a glass of wine, read, watch Netflix or cook something which I am always happy to share, I also love art, the theatre and anything cultural, travel and eating out. Not surprisingly, I am very excited to discover the best of what countryside has to offer.

More importantly for you perhaps, I am clean, tidy, house-trained and have been both a landlord and a share house resident, so I definitely know what makes a good tenant and respect.

As for what I am after in my fellow people who are straightforward are my favourite type of house-share. People who are clean and tidy, who like their space but are always happy to have a bit of a conversation and a laugh after a tough (or not so tough) day, and perhaps a meal or a trip to the pub (or two!) at the weekend or evenings. I? ve always tried to create that? s a ?home? rather than just a place to live, and I would love it if I could find a place with similar values.
