*** I am looking for an arrangement to pay rent weekly as I get paid by my employers every Friday. I am starting a new role in Birmingham in March. This is why I am looking for a flat/hmo/live out landlord property only. No live in landlords please.
I am a law graduate working within Social Services. I am clean, tidy quiet and considerate. I would expect the same from fellow housemates. I prefer smaller house shares (2-4 beds rather than the larger HMO's).
I would like a non smoking property. All rooms in the property should have their own locks so i can keep my possessions safe.
