Relocating to Norwich

After four years living in Italy, I have recently moved to Norwich for work, and am looking for a room to rent, or possibly a buddy up.

About Me
I’m self employed, working in the spiritual and creative fields, including some home working. I am very respectful of the spaces I live in (my home was once featured on an interiors website). I enjoy socialising, and would like to be able to invite guests from time to time, but I am mostly very quiet.

What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for somewhere unfurnished, or semi-furnished, as I have items of my own to bring with me. An annexe or studio space would be ideal, but, a large room would also work. My preference would be for either wooden or laminate flooring, with the possibility of putting up some of my own art. I’d also like to find somewhere with outside space, and with bike storage. And I need to be within walking/cycling distance of the city. I have a budget of around £600 pcm including bills.

I am available to move in straightaway, though also happy to wait for somewhere suitable. And I’d be open to a year long let for the right place.
