Professional seeking calm, respectful houseshare

I'm a professional working in digital strategy and operations for an international membership organisation. I'll be starting a new senior role in September and am exploring house share options as part of a move later this year.

I'm not in a rush, so I'm looking for the *right* fit rather than the first available room. At the moment I'm testing the market and getting to know what's out there.

I'm looking for a clean, calm and respectful home with like-minded professionals. I'd much rather live with people who enjoy their own space but are happy to chat over a coffee or meal occasionally than in a party house.

**Please note:** I'm looking to share with existing housemates or people genuinely interested in creating a good home environment.
